Hi, I'm Fatima.
Fatima Soriano was born and raised in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.
Fatima grew up in a big family where food was always at the center of life—bringing everyone together around the table.
In her culture, cooking isn’t just about eating—it’s about sharing, celebrating, and preserving tradition.
After moving to Sarasota nearly 20 years ago, she launched her first business, Tapas & Fun Catering, which later evolved into Taste of Spain, a beloved local market known for its authentic Spanish flavors.
Now, with the launch of her online store, Fatima is proud to bring those same flavors to homes across the U.S. Every product is a reflection of her roots, her passion, and her mission:
