Return & Refund Policy
Food Items - All Sales Are Final
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept or exchange on any perishable or opened food items , including ham, cheeses and refrigerated products.
Non-Perishable Products (Canned & Pantry Items)
Returns on unopened, non-perishable items, (such as canned seafood, sauces, and pantry goods) may be accepted on a case by case basic.
To requests a return:
· Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
· Items must be unused, unopened and in original condition.
· Customer is responsible for return shipping.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, once we received and inspect the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damage, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery at info@tasteofspainstore.com
Please include:
· Your order number
· A photo of the damaged item
· A short explanation.
We’ll replaced the item or issued a refund once the issued is confirmed.
Cancelations
Orders may be canceled within 1 Hour of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as processing begins quickly.
