Shipping Area:

We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the total cost shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts)

Processing Time:

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 Business days.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Carrier:

All orders are shipped via USPS.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

Cured Meats – Important Note:

Cured meats such as Serrano Ham, chorizo and ibericos are shipped with cold packaging to ensure freshness. These products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package and store properly.

Perishable Shipping Details:

We currently ship only select perishable items that can be safely delivered using insulated packaging and cold packs. We do not ship frozen items at this time.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Skip the shipping fees and enjoy free local pickup at our location in Sarasota, FL.

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and your order will be ready within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Pickup Hours:
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.
